This is my home page at the Institute for Systems Biology.

I am a research scientist in Ilya Shmulevich's research group.

During 2003-2004, I developed a comprehensive stochastic simulation package for networks of biochemical reactions, based on an implementation of the Gillespie stochastic algorithm. The project is called Dizzy.

More recently, I implemented a set of Java programs for inferring the structure of biological networks from diverse sources of information, using statistical methods. The programs are based on a prototype implementation in MATLAB written by Daehee Hwang. The software is called Pointillist.

My Java programs are all available in open source format through the ISBJava library. They are made available under the Lesser General Public License (LGPL), which is a free software license.

For my publication list, please see my curriculum vitae.
