MAGNET Project: Software Page

MAGNET is a research project to model gene regulatory networks, initiated in the laboratory of Dr. Hamid Bolouri at the Institute for Systems Biology. This page contains links to the suite of software tools developed in this project. BioTapestry (see below) is developed in collaboration with the laboratory of Eric Davidson at Caltech.
