Getting Started

To get started with Pointillist, run the launch the "DataManager" icon from the "Pointillist" program group in your Start Menu (Windows) or on your Desktop (Linux). Then click on the green "question mark" icon in the upper-right-hand side of the menu. In the help browser window that appears, click on the "Getting Started" link in the table of contents pane on the left side. This will display the section of the application help scrren that explains in a step-by-step tutorial, how to begin using Pointillist.

Additional Information

A comprehensive User Manual is available for Pointillist. It is the file "UserManual.html" in the "docs" directory where you installed Pointillist. If you discover a bug in Pointillist or it fails to launch on your computer, please send an email message to

pointillist at systemsbiology.org

including a detailed description of the problem.
